Marjorie Sollows
Personal Trainer
“I became a trainer because fitness has always been an important aspect of my life. It has helped me through tough times to stay disciplined and healthy. I want to be able to share similar experiences with my clients so they can achieve their goals.
I take more of mind, body, sprit, and emotion approach fitness. It’s an important to have a holistic approach as fitness can not be dealt with separately, you need to all the other areas align to reach your peak. I use my own sport experience, my neurology and nursing degrees, along with my Indigenous background and experiences.
My ideal clients are those who are mentally ready for a change, or to develop and learn about how to improve their fitness and lifestyle.”
