Our Semi-Private Training Program offers all the benefits of 1:1 Personal Training, in small group 60 minute sessions in the AussieFit private gym.

This means you can reach your goals in the comfort of a private space with the support of a coach and your peers, at a lower investment point than our 1:1 programs.

You will begin your training with a 1:1 Consultation where your Coach will assess your current lifestyle and habits, stress, sleep, nutrition and movements. From the we will goal set with you to get as specific as possible about what YOUR “best shape of your life” looks like. The Coach will create a personalized program for you and you will begin your selection of semi-private sessions in our 12 Week Transformation Program!

Memberships are

$400/month for 2 Sessions per week

$600/month for 3 Sessions per week

  • Semi Private (4 clients, 1 Coach) Personal Training Sessions either 2x or 3x/week
  • Strength, HIIT, Circuit and Muay-Thai Kickboxing Training from Highly Qualified and Experienced Coaching Staff who are also competitive combat athletes
  • Lifestyle and Nutrition strategies you can actually implement and see results from!
  • Weekly Check-ins outside of the gym for the accountability you need to stay on track

AND we have Sauna/Cold Plunge circuit, available for private 30min or 60min sessions to help you recover and rejuvenate throughout the week!
